      Description

      Overview:
      Allow DMS users ability to access and maintain a forms library in which they are able to edit, modify, and archive forms within their DMS.

      Entry:

      • User enters DMS platform via link or consuming application.
      • User clicks on area for 'Forms Library'

      Acceptance Criteria:
      *IF I am logged into the DMS platform and clicked on 'Forms Library', I am led to all forms that have been uploaded to the system that I am allowed to see.
      *IF I am in the Forms Library, I see the following columns so that I have the details associated with the form at a glance: Name, Upload Date, Uploaded By, Always Open, Valid From, Valid To, Download (https://jira.workterra.net/projects/DMS/issues/DMS-22?filter=allissues), Archive (https://jira.workterra.net/projects/DMS/issues/DMS-21?filter=allissues).
      *IF I am in the forms library, I am able to use a search box to search for forms by keyword.

      Exit:
      *DMS user exits the DMS platform.

      Prerequisites:
      *User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT OR has stand alone link to log in.
      *User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

            Everything looks good - I would however add a column on the forms template library page for 'Form Type' so users know if it's an HTML or PDF template.

            As well, I noticed when I archived or deleted a form, the pop-up took a bit, where I feel like users might try to keep clicking it / it looks like it didn't work, necessarily. Might be something to look at
