Overview:
A user to be notified that an email OR text message did not go through due to a service interruption.
Entry:
- User sends email or text message.
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I send an email and a service interruption happens causing the email not to send, I am notified that the email did not go through (either via pop-up immediately or through email).
*IF I send a text message and a service interruption happens causing the text not to send, I am notified that the text did not go through (either via pop-up immediately or through email).
*IF a service interruption happens when sending a text and email and the message does not go through, this is also reflected in the communication history that it bounced, and reasoning.
Exit:
*User gets notification that the email/text did not go through due to a service interruption.
Prerequisites:
*User is a current user of DMS or consuming application.
Harshveer Singh Aruna Raheja I'm thinking within the preference center they would be able to turn them on / off if they want to receive by email. Not something we need to do immediately but something to consider so that users who do not want to get the emails can turn them off.
