Overview:
As a user in the chain of users, I would like to be able to add people who may be interested in knowing the status of the document and also have the document sent to them.
Entry Criteria:
- Approver receives approval email.
- Approver adds additional user.
Acceptance Criteria:
- If I receive an approval email, I have the option to add additional individuals to the approval emails so that they are notified of the status and sent the document.
- If an individual is added to the document being approved, the individual receives updates of the status of the document.
- If an individual is added to the document being approved, this will be captured on the document details of who was added to the document.
Exit Criteria:
- Approver approves / rejects document and document is moved on.
- Added user is notified of status/sent document.
Prerequisites:
- User adding additional individuals is an approver in the approval chain.

Yes, this one was missed on my part. Basically there needs to be a ad-hoc way to add an approver during the approval process from an approver. What I mean is the following:
- Recruiter 1 is added as an Approver during the initial Approval Process creation.
- Recruiter 1 gets an email to Approve a document, and in there is a control to add a new Recruiter that will be added to the flow (in the next step).
- Recruiter 1 enters the email address of Recruiter 2 and submits their Approver or Reject.
- Recruiter 2 now gets an email to Approve the document.

I have some queries on this flow. Can you please clarify the below points so that i can start UX for this -
- Once an approval process created, Recruiter 1 receives a mail and he has the option of adding another recruiter at the time of approving or rejecting where we are adding comments?
- Only Recruiter 1 has the rights to add new approver
- Do Recruiter 1 has the rights to add expiry date?

Please see my responses below:

- RM: Yes, I would not create new screen/modal for this, adding to the comments section would be ideal.
- Only Recruiter 1 has the rights to add new approver.
- RM: For this release, all approvers can add other approvers. So in the use case I mentioned, Recruiter 2 could add Recruiter 3 as an approver if needed.
- Do Recruiter 1 has the rights to add expiry date?
- RM: Yes, it should behave and have the same functionality as all other places Approvers are added.
