Adding Additional Individuals to Approval Chain

Overview:

As a user in the chain of users, I would like to be able to add people who may be interested in knowing the status of the document and also have the document sent to them.

Entry Criteria:

1. Approver receives approval email.
2. Approver adds additional user.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. If I receive an approval email, I have the option to add additional individuals to the approval emails so that they are notified of the status and sent the document.
2. If an individual is added to the document being approved, the individual receives updates of the status of the document.
3. If an individual is added to the document being approved, this will be captured on the document details of who was added to the document.

Exit Criteria:

1. Approver approves / rejects document and document is moved on.
2. Added user is notified of status/sent document.

Prerequisites:

1. User adding additional individuals is an approver in the approval chain.
