Overview:
Allow users to access and maintain a forms library in which they are able to edit, modify, and archive forms within their DMS.
User Stories
1. As a DMS user, I want the ability to go to a designated area in the DMS to see all available forms (forms library).
2. As a DMS user, I want to be able to download a form to my desktop so that I can have a copy available outside of the DMS.
3. As a DMS user, I to be able to archive forms that I have previously uploaded so that they cannot be used, but still have a record of it in the DMS.
4. As a DMS user, I want to be able to type in a search box and search library of forms to find a form easily.
5. As a DMS user, I want to be able to see the following columns so I have the details associated with the form at a glance: Name, Upload Date, Uploaded By, Always Open, Valid From, Valid To, Download, Archive
Entry Criteria:
1. The user navigates to DMS via login or through integrated app (ATS/CBES/WT).
2. The user clicks on area for forms library.
Exit Criteria:
*The user exits out of portal if logged in, or navigates to another page if within integrated app.
Acceptance Criteria:
*IF I am in the DMS, I can easily click on forms library to see all available forms.
*IF I am a user in the forms library, I can download and archive forms within library.
*IF I am in the DMS, I can search the library of forms via keywords.
*IF I am in the DMS, I can visually see the information about a sent/completed form within the library.
Prerequisites:
- User is a current user of CBAT, CBES, or WT.
- User knows how to access portal either by link or within CB application.

Because we have changed the name of the Forms upload, my guess is we should change the name here, too? Trent Sherrellthoughts? Also, i think in the wireframe we are showing that we clicked on a template and then it populated below - can we show that there is a form attached / a button to replace it? Right now it doesn't appear there is an attachment, and i have the option to upload.
Aruna RahejaTrent SherrellAlso, should it be checkboxes? As I am thinking about it, i would think if it's a checkbox, i could click on multiple - should I be able to do that? If this is just where it's stored, my answer would be no - but when you actually go to send a form, then yes.

Trent Sherrell - Need clarification on this point : Please add a state before displaying drag and drop box that shows the current file. User should select to delete the current file and then drag and drop box appears. As per OnBoard, user is not allowed to edit or delete this file, so are we giving this option.
Also i have created 2 option for Edit Template, one will open on the same page and second will open a new page. Kindly provide your feedback onto the same.

Molly Ronovsky: Please see Aruna Raheja's comment about the requirements stating the the user is not being able to delete a file. It seems to me that a user should be able to do that - especially if s/he is going to upload a new template. Thanks!

cc : Trent Sherrell Aruna Raheja I think for the most part, the page looks good. I did get feedback from HR that 'always open' terminology isn't the best. Do you think something like 'Expires' would be better? Trent Sherrellwould love your thoughts.
On the delete confirmation - we need to remove the ? in the Are you sure? you want to delete; as it doesn't make sense. As well it looks a bit 'unfinished'? Is there a way to add like a banner of color at the top or something?

For banner color: I have taken the standard message as per CB guidelines, if you still want some color then do let me know i will add the same.

For the delete, attached is what CB uses - can we do something similar with a warning icon, etc. but match the colors of dms? As well, I think the verbiage would be:
Are you sure? (just like the attachment)
Once a document is deleted, there will no longer be a record of this document in the system. This action cannot be undone.
Cancel, or Yes, delete this document.
Thoughts?

Sorry I was referring more to a mock - up and showing that there was actually a form attached to the template when you open to edit it, which there is now so we are all good! That was confusing - sorry about that!
