Because we have changed the name of the Forms upload, my guess is we should change the name here, too? Trent Sherrellthoughts? Also, i think in the wireframe we are showing that we clicked on a template and then it populated below - can we show that there is a form attached / a button to replace it? Right now it doesn't appear there is an attachment, and i have the option to upload.

Aruna RahejaTrent SherrellAlso, should it be checkboxes? As I am thinking about it, i would think if it's a checkbox, i could click on multiple - should I be able to do that? If this is just where it's stored, my answer would be no - but when you actually go to send a form, then yes.

Trent Sherrell - Need clarification on this point : Please add a state before displaying drag and drop box that shows the current file. User should select to delete the current file and then drag and drop box appears. As per OnBoard, user is not allowed to edit or delete this file, so are we giving this option.

Also i have created 2 option for Edit Template, one will open on the same page and second will open a new page. Kindly provide your feedback onto the same.

Molly Ronovsky: Please see Aruna Raheja's comment about the requirements stating the the user is not being able to delete a file. It seems to me that a user should be able to do that - especially if s/he is going to upload a new template. Thanks!

We answered the question of which template on Thursday; I like how you are showing Active/ Archive now! ... we probably need to call it Active Templates /Archived Templates? Right, Trent Sherrell

Aruna Raheja I think for the most part, the page looks good. I did get feedback from HR that 'always open' terminology isn't the best. Do you think something like 'Expires' would be better? Trent Sherrellwould love your thoughts.

On the delete confirmation - we need to remove the ? in the Are you sure? you want to delete; as it doesn't make sense. As well it looks a bit 'unfinished'? Is there a way to add like a banner of color at the top or something?

Molly Ronovsky I have changed the terminology to EXPIRES.

On delete confirmation : I need message from your side, so that i can put the same.

For banner color: I have taken the standard message as per CB guidelines, if you still want some color then do let me know i will add the same.

For the delete, attached is what CB uses - can we do something similar with a warning icon, etc. but match the colors of dms? As well, I think the verbiage would be:
Are you sure? (just like the attachment)

Once a document is deleted, there will no longer be a record of this document in the system. This action cannot be undone.

Cancel, or Yes, delete this document.

Thoughts?

If you want i can remove the column. Kindly confirm. Once you revert back i will close the ticket.

Sorry I was referring more to a mock - up and showing that there was actually a form attached to the template when you open to edit it, which there is now so we are all good! That was confusing - sorry about that!
