      During scanning for wrong criteria present in Generic Eligibility Rules, we have found following 13 companies. Please do not consider/use these companies for testing in PREPROD environment.

            As discussed with Amruta, Sub-Plan Design ID can be used as parameter for generic eligibility criteria.

            Hence following companies doesn't require correction for generic eligibility rules. We have verified other rules for these companies and all are looking good. You can also use/consider these companies for testing.

            Concern Wrong generic eligibility criteria present
            Cause Historic data of "Currency And Date Format Rule" was present in additional criteria for defaulter generic eligibility rules. Hence while migrating eligibility rules, system picked up those wrong values in eligibility criteria.
            Correction We have corrected defaulter Generic Eligibility Rules as per their customization in PROD environment.

            Concern Wrong generic eligibility criteria present
            Cause While saving addition criteria of Spouse Enrolled In macro, plan name was saved instead of its ID
            Correction Code fix for this issue has been done under WT-11876.
            We have corrected affected eligibility rules for CVHP in PREPROD

            Concern Wrong generic eligibility criteria present
            Cause Bracket was missing in beginning of the additional criteria (same issue is present in PROD) hence while generating eligibility rule during migration wrong criteria was generated
            Correction We have corrected affected eligibility rules for Prime Healthcare in PREPROD as per current criteria present in PROD
