1] Login to the application as a employee.
2] Traverse OE workflow.
3] While traversing navigate to Enroll Now page.
4] Click on "Additional Tools" section under "Health Care Spending.." benefit.
5] Click on the Document links.
Actual Result:
File Not Found Error is displaying.
Expected Result:
Error should not be displaying, file should be get downloaded after clicking.

Can you please check issue exists on production company too. It can be the case that forms not present on production company.

We don't have access to main company on Production, so we cannot check it on main company.
As per my information same issue will occur for HSPL copy on production too, as we are not copying files on HSPL company.
Please let us know if you can help us to analyse - if forms are present on specified path or not.
If require we can assign ticket to development team, to check it on main company on Production.

Rakesh Roy Verified on production main company. These files are also not available on production.
Hence marking it as system behaviour.
