Barrow critical illness plans are set to "no, not for current year" for age changes
For some reason the rates updated for 2018. Can you please tell me why the rates updated an how we can fix it.
Employees rates are never supposed to update. The are rated on they age the employee was when they elected it.
Example of employee whos rate increased. EE ID 104816

Verified on Production environment environment
Create the same rate and Plan like barrow on production:
#1 Through UI 'No - not for current year'
1]Add employee with the date of birth 1992 current age 25
2]Enrolled in Critical illness plan with effective date 01/01/2016 at that time employee age 24
3]Employee got age band 0 to 24 rate
4]Raised QE with effective date 11/6/2017
5]Go to the enroll now screen click on enroll button rate is not changed
#2 Through Service: 'No - not for current year'
1]Add employee with the date of birth 1992 current age 25
2]Enrolled in Critical illness plan with effective date 01/01/2016 at that time employee age 24
3]Employee got age band 0 to 24 rate
4]Run the Applyruleonagechange service.
5]Employee rate is not changed
