      Description

      Per client;
Each time I search for employee Cristina Zamora in Workterra, and click on her name, I receive an error message that states “Server encountered an internal error. Please contact your administrator.” This does not occur when searching for other employees. Can you take a look at this for me, please?

I told the client that I have seen this error before and was told that it was a payroll error. So I asked her to reload the payroll info but she is getting an error because the employee already exists in the system. Please advise.

            Hi Ganesh Sadawarte,

City of irvine reported that server error is shown while populating 1 of the employee records.
            We have analyzed this issue.
            Below are the details :
Concern : Server error on employee dashboard from partner login.
Cause : On 19th and 20th march, demographic files got imported. Entries got inserted into employee table. Payroll table entries are missing for reported employee. We have scanned this company and found that there are 4 such employees.
            Below are the employees :
            1. CRISTINA ZAMORA
            2. KAREN BICSKEI
            3. BRETT SMITH
            4. MADALYNE HANDY

Correction : We need to insert payroll entries for 4 employees from scanned list and execute back end routines after that.

Please let me know if further details needed.

            Thanks,
            Swapnil P.

            Hi darryn.carter,

            Please find below 3C's.

Concern: Server error on employee dashboard due to payroll information was not inserted into system.

Cause: We have checked and found that education fields are mapped on _Employee_data_initial_load-NewHires template, which cause import failure. This similar to WB-583.

Correction: We have load failed 4 employees after made following template customization changes.
            1) On import file education fields does not have any values, so we have removed those field mapping and load file.
            2) We have taken up backup of this template with name 'BKP_Employee_data_initial_load-NewHires' before made any customization changes.
            3) Code changes needed to fix this issue.

Code changes will be deployed under WB-583.

Please check and let us know if you face any issue.
