I believe there's an issue with the attached QE. There are a number of employee's (Jesse Ruiz, Kato Leha as examples) who moved from PT ineligible to PT eligible. However, they wouldn't get an enrollment window for the QE. Upon reviewing the QE I noticed that there were '0' days selected for the waiting period. I updated the waiting period window to '30' days and I got the window to open for ee, Jesse Ruiz. However, when I attempted to correct the record for ee, Kato Leha, the window wouldn't open. In a last effort to fix the record I reviewed the QE again and I noticed that the Waiting Period window defaulted back to '0'. I changed it to '30', clicked update and the system appear to save my changes, but when I went back in to check the system went back to '0' again.
Can you please review the "Days or Months" UDF to see if there's an issue on the back end?
