Parent plan - Emp Supp Life
Contingent plan - Spouse Supp Life [forced contingency]
- both plan does not having plan level termination date rule specified
- company level termination rule is - end of the month
- employee enrolled in emp supp life - automatically his spouse gets enrolled in spouse life plan too
- now partner changed the employee's class and made him ineligible for emp supp life plan
Actual Result : spouse supp life plan should have been terminated with the same termination date as that f the mp supp life plan - but the plan got terminated on the plan effective date it self

Generally Spouse life plan is not force on Employee Life. If you know any company then please let us know. Else we change this issue's status as can wait.
