Contingent plan - Spouse Supp Life [forced contingency]
- both plan does not having plan level termination date rule specified
- company level termination rule is - end of the month
- employee enrolled in emp supp life - automatically his spouse gets enrolled in spouse life plan too
- now partner changed the employee's class and made him ineligible for emp supp life plan
Actual Result : spouse supp life plan should have been terminated with the same termination date as that f the mp supp life plan - but the plan got terminated on the plan effective date it self
