            Hi Jayshree Nagpure,

Waive import is related to benefits and not for plans. so we are not going to consider plans and providers mapped on import template. we are keeping this out of scope for waive import enhancement even for allow multiple enrollments benefits.
You might have question about presence of providers and plans on waive import. But this is a common part for most of the import type. Right not we do not have any plan to remove. we may think about it in future as betterment plan. So please ignore as of now.
