Importing Waived Benefit Type data

      Description

      We cannot import waived benefit type data with the current import functionality.
      We are receiving this request quite frequently to import benefit waive data.
      We have think story WT-4881 for this. Analysis document is attached herewith

            Waive benefit data import Steps :

            1)Create new template
            -Select Import type as Waive Data Import
            -Select Plan Design
            2)Template setting customization is same as Election data import
            3)Sub-Template Fields
            -Employee SSN/Employee ID (uniquee)
            -Waive Effective date (Uniquee)
            -Waive Plan design Identifier (To waive plan) OR Waive benefit type (To Waive Benefit type)(Uniquee)
            -Waiver Reason (Not mandatory, depends on benefit customization)
            -Waive Termination date(Not mandatory)
            4)Field Mapping : Map fields according to sub template field.
            For Mapping field Refer Attached Screen shot :

            Note : 1)To waive single plan - Multiple selection Flag set to Yes(Customization in benefit type builder)
            2)To waive benefit - Multiple selection Flag set to No(Customization in benefit type builder)

            Please find in attached screenshot highlighted to map waiver reason :
            And Yes we can do the Data Transformation for the same.

            While creating template select Import type as : "Waive Data import"
            Then in mapping field it will show only waive benefit fields which needs to be mapped.
