Precondition :
1) Create one benefit level template which having following fields
Employee ID
Benefit Name
Effective Date
Termination Date
Replication steps :
1) Navigate to manual import export Page
2) Import Data

Issue was occurring because database did not contained entered value. Hence, marking it as non-reproducible

Cause : Check for employee existence was not checked before actual waive operation.
Correction : Before waive import, EMPID is checked for existence in the system. If employee is not present the record is sent to bad.

Also verified for employee SSN - Working fine
Marking item state as LB QA on hold, as main ticket WT-8262 is on hold because some issue related to enhancement as Re-opened .
