Issue #1. The ER contribution is not showing on the summary or confirmation statement when a change is made mid year:

We scanned all EEs for Commuter Transit plan and only this reported EE is having this issue. If you go to Enroll Now screen, it is showing proper ER coverage. We are checking root cause.

Do you want us to update ER coverage for this EE by back end?

Issue #2. The benefit is show that the benefit is both "waived" and "Enrolled

Please find below detail:

• On plan level, New Hire Effective Date Rule is set to 'First of the month following or coincident with Date of Hire' .

• New hire mode effective date of given employee is 8/15/2017 and because of above rule plan level election effective date is 9/1/2017.

• First this EE enrolled in transit plan, with 9/1/2017. After that he waived election with new hire mode of 8/15, this added entry of waive as 8/15/2017 to Null.

• Again EE enroll in same plan with 9/1/2017 effective date, this terminated waive election to 8/31/2017 i.e. 8/15/2017 to 8/31/2017 and added new enrollment 9/1/2017 to Null.

Due to these 15 days waive period, EE shows both waived and enrolled.

Note: If you go with 9/1/17 effective date to Enroll Now screen, only 'Enrolled' will get seen on screen.

We have correted ER coverage of mentioed EE and also scanned all EEs and found none of them are impacted.

Mentioned issue is not reproducing at our end. Please help us in reproducing same. We tried below scenarios:

• Added new EE he got 9/1/17 new hire mode and enrolled him. He got proper ER monthly Coverage of $100.
• Again raise QE of 10/1/17 and change election.He got proper ER coverage.
• We tried this issue with different coverage display interval and it is working fine.

I hvae verified this issue on Tibbco for hspl company it is not getting Reprodued consider below scenarios:
1]Verified reproted employee view history
2]Verified Plan Enligibity and cost and covarge view history.
3]Added New employee and Enrolled in to the plan
4]at the same time change covrage of employee
5]Parrelaly change customization of cost and Covrage screen customization.
Covrage display interval Monthly to Yearly
Yearly to Monthly
Consider payroll schedule Yes to No

6]also waived Plan and gain enrolled it.
7]Corssed verified on Enroll now, View nerollemnt summary, confirmation statment.

We have verified below issue and tried to replicate at our end but it is not getting Reproduced -

Issue #1. The ER contribution is not showing on the summary or confirmation statement when a change is made mid year:

We have tried all possible scenarios mentioned above and confirmed that ER Contribution is showing properly on Enroll now screen, View enrollment summary and Confirmation Statement.

Request you to please check this at your end and let us know same issue occurred. also let us know in case of any different scenario to be try out.
