Working fine

For User generation of Employee when import is failed , tried below scenario:
1)Class deletion from UI and Imported the class of Employee without saving DTS - File went to bad
2)Employee's duplicate SSN and Emp FN and LN are duplicate also User generation is Emp FN and Emp LN - In these case Emp gets fail but whole import gets fail.
Could not verify exact scenario of User generation for imported employee when at the same time other employees got failed.
As discussed with Jaideep Vinchurkar, we can test these scenario in live.

Found one issue WT-11623, scenario mentioned in these issue was working poperly on LB.
But not on stage

Hence, re-opening this jira.
