While testing On Production found one more issue on ASML for hspl.
It is scenario specific issue below are steps to reproduce it.

1]Enrolled employee in medical plan with EE tier 01/01/2017 date and same time enrolled in the hsa plan same effective date

2]Raised QE with Effective date 05/01/2017 and enrolled into the Medical plan with tier EE+Sp and same enrolled in the HSA plan.

3]Again Raised QE with Effective date 10/01/2017 and increased medical plan tier with EE+SP+CH and when Selection HSA plan it throwing Error.

• Showing wrong value on validation message:
  I tried above scenario but it is not reproduce.Please help in reproducing this .
• Server Error issue:

Verified on Lb environment on ASMl company consider scenario:

Customization
1]Elect per paycheck amount
2]Deduct a 1 time amount from my paycheck
3]Deduct a 1 time amount from my profit sharing, commission or bonus check

Scenario 1;

1]Add new employee with effective date 01/01/2017
2]Enrolled in medical plan with EE tier
3]Enrolled in HSa plan with coverage 3400

Status: Passed

Scenario: 2

1]Add new employee with effective date 01/01/2017
2]Enrolled in medical plan with EE tier
3]Enrolled in HSa plan with coverage 3400
4]Raised Qe 6/1/2017 Increased tier As EE+SP
5]Enrolled in HSa plan with coverage 6750

Status: Passed

#Scenario 3

1]Add new employee with effective date 01/01/2017
2]Enrolled in medical plan with EE tier
3]Enrolled in HSa plan with coverage 3400
4]Raised Qe 6/1/2017 Increased tier As EE+SP
5]Enrolled in HSa plan with coverage 6750
6]Again Raised Qe with effective date 11/15/2017

8]Select HSa plan if i inserted exceed the amount it showing the proper validation message

     4]Try to enrolled in HSa plan more than the max value

Expected Result - System should show validation message for max value and should not allow entering Coverage more than Max Coverage.

Actual Result - System allowed to Enter more than Max coverage.
