Scenarios tested:
Verified employee workflow(QE and OE)
Verified all links using partner, admin and employee login.
Manage employee by partner and admin
also verified : Benefit Type Builder, Benefit provider, some plans and rates.

Observation:
Eligibility rule mapped to vision rate is not as per excel sheet(Sub rate-Active COBRA)

Eligibility rule as per the document need to be added as 'Active Cobra' which is already present with different criteria.
Hence added new rule as "Active Cobra R 2". additionally we have also conveyed this to Jackie Sivigny.
