We have completed implementation and review of document provided "Company Information" and we have one query below:

1. For Payroll schedule "Monthly' the first Pay Date provided as per sheet is "1/7/2017" and the Pay Period provided is "01/31/2017"
(Refer screen shot below)

However the system generated Pay Dates start's from "1/7/2017" as First pay date provided in the document provided is "1/7/2017"
(Refer screen shot below)

As of now we have keept the system generated Pay periods.

Request you to please check and confirm the payroll schedules for monthly and weekly and do let us know your views on this. Thank you!

My apologies! I updated a new BOSS dated 1110 with the correction to the first pay date on the monthly pay schedule. Please update and ensure the system generated pay dates if needed mirror the dates for 2017 & 2018 as identified in BOSS.

We are almost done with the implementation of the Plans and Rates and EE self serve mode documents and we have few queries below:

1.In life plans>> plan 1 " Basic life" >> this plan is given under benefit type "Basic life" , however there is no such benefit type provided in the document.

As of now we ahave added this plan in "Basic Employee Life" benefit type.

2.In life plans>>plan 2 "Basic AD&D" >> this plan is given under benefit type "Basic Life and AD&D", however there is no such benefit type as per the document provided.
As of now we have added this plan under "Basic Employee and AD&D"

Do let us know your views and required further action on this. Thank you!

We are almost done with implementation and review of the document provided, we have few queries below:

Rate Queries:

1.Subrate name not mentioned for all the Rates. As of now Subrate name is set as Rate name

2. For Life Rates 1,2,3,4,5,6 and 10 and Health Rate no. 3

Eligibility rule needed to be added 'All Active BE Status'
'All Active BE Status' rule is already present in excel sheet with different criteria.
Therefore we have added rule 'All EE BE Status'

3. For Rate 7,12 and 8,9,11
Eligibility rule needed to be added 'All Active BE Status-Has Child' and 'All Active BE Status-Has Spouse'
However 'All Active BE Status-Has Child' and 'All Active BE Status-Has Spouse' is already added with different criteria
Therefore we have added "All EE BE Status-Has Child' and 'All EE BE Status-Has Spouse'respectively.

For Health Rate 2:Vision
Eligibility rule as per the document need to be added as 'Active Cobra' which is already present with different criteria.
Hence added new rule as "Active Cobra R 2"

For Health Rate 4:medical buy up and Rate 5: Medical base
Eligibility rule as per the document need to be added as "Active Cobra" which is already present with different criteria Hence new rule as "Rule 22".

Below are the Queries regarding QE's.

1. QE no 3 "Divorce" request you to please provide us the detail information on
which benefit type should be selected.
(Refer Screen shot below)

As per our understanding we have selected below

Health Saving Account
Supplemental Chil Life
Supplemental Employee Life
Supplemental Spouse Life
Voluntary Short Term Disability

Please let us in detail know which benefit types to be selected.

2. QE no 9 "Newly Eligible" we have left "HSA Affidavit/Custom Form" Attribute field blank as there is no attribute named "HSA Affidavit/Custom Form".

3.For the Life Plans Spouse Critical Illness and Child Critical Illness plans >> Qualyfing Event Gurantee issue amount>>the age band is not provided. For now, we have added 0-99. Please confirm the same.

Hi Sumeet,

We won't have PDHT mapping completed for a bit as Client still owes us data to allow build. Client is performing UAT today and tomorrow and so long as we have their signoff will be submitting by end of day tomorrow to promote to Production to allow final adjustments for renewal and to allow data load to begin.

If the QA could begin now it would be great as PDHT mapping most likely wont be built until the Client is already live.

Manage employee by partner and admin
also verified : Benefit Type Builder, Benefit provider, some plans and rates.

Observation:
Eligibility rule mapped to vision rate is not as per excel sheet(Sub rate-Active COBRA)
