File feeds - ability to schedule file go back on same time when it is taken off cycle

      Description

      File feeds - When a file is taken off cycle, have the ability to schedule it to go back on at that same time
      (Dave I believe you are working on this already)

            Testing is in progress. Observed that there is no any breaking issues.

            This enhancement is working as expected and verified and closed on Production.
