      Description

      Observed an issue while testing the scenarios. for WT-115
      Issue
      'Select Schedule' value gets changed to 'One Time' and 'Start Date' Value turns blank when delivery method is changed

      Steps
      1) Go to Template Delivery Page
      2) Delete Previously Saved 'Delivery Method' (ex. SFTP to FTP)
      3) Enter valid Details and Click on 'Add'
      4) Change 'Select Schedule' value and 'Start Date' value
      5) Click on main 'Save' button on template Delivery Page
      6) Observe the values for 'Select Schedule' and 'Start Date'

      Result
      Select Schedule' value gets changed to 'One Time' and 'Start Date' Value turns blank
