Server Error while filtering Enrollment Details in View History

      Description

      Step:-
      1.Login with Partner
      2.Navigate to Search Employee
      3.Search employee and click on Employee
      4. Navigate to View history
      5.Select Enrollment Details
      6.Click on Search

      Actual - Server Error on page

      Expected - it should display enrollment details

      Error Log-

            Hi Prasanna Karlekar,

            The SQL service on Stage was running with "network service" account. because of this file was not getting copied. We changed the service user as "Workterrauser".

            Can you please check issue is resolved.

            Hi Mahendra Mungase,

            Following are the 3Cs:
            Concern:
            Server Error on View History for Enrollment Details.

            Cause:
            As per above comment mentioned by Ashwin "The SQL service on Stage was running with "network service" account. because of this file was not getting copied" it was configuration issue.

            Correction:
            As per above comment mentioned by Ashwin, "We changed the service user as "Workterrauser""

            Have verified View History of Enrollment Details on AFI for HSPL in Stage environment for employee Layo Abalos.
            View History displayed successfully and no error appeared.

            Kindly verify the issue at your end once.
