The issue of -1 not getting validation is implemented and verified on LB. Now, validation is thrown if negative or -1 value is added.

If -1 value is added along with non zero value the coverage amount will not be saved as the value is getting stored in bulk. But in case of single non zero value added, the amount is saving as expected.

Moving jira on Stage as the -1 value getting validation after saving as expected.

Debugging for the values of Flat aMount values for checking the scenarios and impact after change.

2.Code debugging for getting subrate grid values,and finding out the impact of flatAmount for values of -1,-2,0 and blank values and checking it through backend
