Symphony - CIGNA LADE FILE issue

Per Implementation Team:

File was working as built up until 9/04/2017 when the file began missing records. We did recently update the file as plans had to be modified to accommodate changes to the Rounding Rules. We had those plans added to the file but now the "Loops" or off. We will need to back track to see what issue(s) cause the "Loops" to be off.
