Hi Dev-
In PRODUCTION, need to delete the category called,
"MATTConstruction_BenefitsGuide_2016_FINAL_061016_workterra". Clicking next to the box and clicking delete does not delete the category. It acts like it will, but then it's still there. Can you please remove from the backend?

When Form is linked with other like Benefit Description, Landing Page etc, it cannot be deleted.
Scenario 1: When not linked > It can be deleted
Scenario 2: When linked > It cannot be deleted
For scenario 2, it gives successful message of deletion of form but doesn't delete.
Satya, can we have some popup mentioning, that form is linked with other page or details of page where it is linked.

Please find below 3C's
Cocern: Production - MATT - form library document doesn't get deleted if it been used in Benefit description of form builder.
Cause: If it is used in system(references present in other tables) than Form Category is not deleting. This scenario is not handled.
Correction: We are working on this and as per discussion with Swapnil Pandhare we will disable checkbox for Form Category, if it's reference(s) present in another table(s), So it won't allow to delete if it's being used in system.

Cause: JS function written for disappear automatically.
Correction: Changed js code, as now pop up will disappear on click Ok Button on pop up

Hello Sanjana Jadhav,
Please check this issue when it is deployed with patch.
Cocern : Production - MATT - form library document doesn't get deleted if it been used in Benefit description of form builder.
Cause : If form is used in Form Builder condition wasn't handled in code.
Correction : Handled condition in code if form is used in Form Builder, disable checkbox for form.
Apart from that please check below mentioned issues which is fixed with this patch regarding Forms Library.
Issues Found In Unit Testing
- Files not showing according to culture in Benefit Description
- On Form Builder after select category file wasn't binding according culture/ language
- On Form Builder Mapped Forms not showing in grid (Issue only when file present for multi culture)
- Files not visible according to culture to employee
Note : English file will be visible in case file not present for other culture(French/ Spanish).
For example if English language file is present for a category than English language will be visible for all cultures(English/ French/ Spanish) and if there is file present for other culture as well than files will be visible according to culture.

Verified all test cases on LB.

Issue Observed:
1:
Steps:
1.Add forms more than 10.
2.Mapped all form to Form Builder/ benefit description.
3.Go to forms library
4.Show entries: ALL
Actual result: Observed that forms after 10 entries are not getting disabled and ble to select checkbox.
Select checkbox and click on delete.Getting server error

Not able to delete all forms simultaneously
*Sugesstion: *
1.If user trying to add same form multiple time then validation message should be shown as "Form already exists".
Working properly on form builder. Issue observed on Benefit Description page.
2.Provide common checkbox on Benefit description page for forms mapped.

- another pages on grid [Checkbox not disable on all pages of grid]
- Already exists message wasn't showing on Benefit Description
Correction : Handled condition in JS code

The jira is checked for below issues as mentioned in the comment:
1. Already exists form when selected, popup was missing
This issue is resolved and verified and screen capture for the same is attached with jira.
2. Even though all forms are selected only first 10 were shown as linked and 11th was able to select and delete, which further was giving server error.
This issue is resolved, now all the attached are having disabled check boxes and user is not able to select the same untll it is removed. Screen capture attached for all forms check boxes disabled.
As above mentioned issues are resolved, making this jira ready for Stage. for other issues found during testing will be take care with jira WT-12764.

We have removed mentioned qualifying event. Can you please provide detailed scenario in which this didn't allow to remove (like - whether it was previously included in Benefit description or any other screen & even then it allowed to remove uploaded form).
