AFFCO-Basic Life reduction issue

Hi,

Employee M. Gilbey no longer has Basic Life & ADD. He turned 65 in January 2017. Based on the reduction schedule for Basic Life Management plan benefits should have reduced to $33,500 from $50,000. Instead benefits dropped completely.

Can you please research why his Basic Life benefits dropped completely instead of reducing?

If this error occurred becuase of a build issue can you please tell me the correct way the plan should have been built"

Can you tell me what the "SA SA" is in the employee View History?

All of this groups coverages were imported.
