We checked this issue and below are our observations:
1. There are two QE raised for this EE admin and online enrollment- exception

2.We tested these scenarios for few sample EEs with the above mentioned steps but the amounts are going to pend for life and AD&D plans.

3. We also crosschecked the enrollment history report

We are not able to reproduce this issue, request you to please provide few sample EEs and retro steps, it would be helpful for us for our further analysis.

This issue is similar to WT-13224

Please refer Below 3c's for this issue

Concern: Child AD&D not Pending.
Cause:
This is scenario specific issue,
1.In this case GI amount for AD&D plan is '0'.
2.For AD&D plan and Supplemental EE life 'Coverage Start Range' are set with same values under “Cost and Coverage” tab i.e. 20k.
3.Now if we are electing 'Supplemental EE Life' plan with same minimum coverage set for EE AD&D plan i.e. '20K'
4.Here system system should pend election in Supplemental EE AD&D plan as GI is '0'
5.Instead system is assuming '20K' as approved amount since Minimum and Maximum Range amounts are same
6.Hence it the 'Supplemental EE AD&D' election never goes for pending.

Correction: We will need code fix to overcome this scenario

Workaround:

A Small customization change in Start Amount of 'Supplemental EE AD&D' Plan will help to overcome this issue. If we set different values for 'Start Range' and 'End Range' it works fine.

If we set Start amount to $19999 and End amount to $130000 in 'Supplemental EE AD&D' plan and make election in 'Supplemental EE Life' plan with 20k then system enrolls 'Supplemental EE AD&D' Plan with 20k coverage same as 'Supplemental EE Life' Plan and pends AD&D coverage as well.

We have tested the same in HSPL copy, it works fine.

Also, there is no need to worry about EE enrolling with $19999 in Supplemental EE AD&D, as Supplemental EE AD&D is forced contingent on Supplemental EE life Plan with 100% Coverage amount getting allocated to 'Child AD&D' plan. Employee is not allowed to make any changes in 'Supplemental EE AD&D' Plan. Hence, 'Supplemental EE AD&D' will be always enrolled with the Coverage same as Supplemental EE life.

Request you to please check and confirm this scenario at your end.

this workaround corrected my issue

Is there anything else I need to do on this ticket? The workaround corrected my issue but I want to be sure that the bug in on the list to be fixed.
