      *strong text*We are having an issue with the new hire/rehire enrollment window rules below

      If the employee is going in after the effective date the system is making their benefits effective the date that they are making the elections.

      This is an urgent issue as it is impacting the benefits and employees are getting denied care

            Hi Debbie Kulling,

            Could you please set Ignore RetroActive Effective Date flag to No on New Hire/Rehire screen on main company.

            Please refer details added in JIRA WT-13103.

            Also please let us know if correction is needed for mentioned 2 employees.

            I changed the flag to no and corrected the records. Can you please scan the data base to see if any other employees have this issue
