We have an issue with the new hire/rehire effective dates. Both employees below enrolled with the incorrect effective date. We think it is because the new hire rule is set to allow enrollment 15 day after the new hires effective date and these employees enrolled after their benefit effective date.
The two employee that we know of are:
Kayla Rivere
Megan Dennis

Hi Debbie Kulling,
We have go through the issue and as per customization system allocated benefit properly.
Employee 'Kayla Rivere' is new hire having employment date 9/27/2017.
Due to following customization, system allocated benefit to her with 12/15/2017 effective date which is correct.
This rule is having customization Ignore RetroActive Effective Date is set to Yes and 'New Hire Enrollment Window Rule* is set to '15 days from New Hire Effective Date'. Due to this customization, system ignores retro effective date and allocate benefit with date time on which EE is added.
Same is the scenario with rehired EE 'Megan Dennis'.
Note: If Ignore RetroActive Effective Date flag would have been set to No then, EE 'Kayla Rivere' would have got benefit with 12/1/2017 effective date.
