The above EPT employee elected coverage in 2017; however, his payroll deduction information was apparently not sent over to the City so the City never took deductions from his paycheck. Can you check to see if his elections were in fact sent on the City’s payroll deduction report, or if there was a problem with the information.

I looked for the payroll deduction that would have gone over on the 12/15/2016 global payroll file called _Irvine Payroll 2013 BW Changes File but I do not see a deduction on the file.
Can you please let us know if a deduction exported out for this employee Payroll ID 10118 for the Kaiser Traditional - PT plan on any of the payroll files. It would have been the Employee only tier with a deduction amount.
