      Description

      Hello development team,

      Company Template Name: ILG_UMR Med_Dent_Vis 834 5010
      Employee: Salvador Hamby
      Member level detail: REF*ZZ
      Missing COBRA Reason: COBRA01 for Employment termination
      Export filename: 834_P_EBSBenefits_InteriorLogicGrp_201801310602_48811038519.txt

      This employee along with several others are not getting the COBRA reason sent on the file under REF*ZZ. Can you please check this? Some COBRA reasons are exporting for certain employees and some others are not getting them. Example, Tamara Charles is getting the COBRA employment term reason COBRA01 properly.

          Hi Van Nguyen,

          We had issue WT-12928 in the last couple of months for cobra templates where event builder entries were missed for terminated employees from cobra feeds. For fix this problem we are doing correction on daily basis only for such companies who have cobra data template. But unfortunately this company doesn't have cobra data template, and therefore missed correction for termed employee and as result cobra reason missed from file.

          Going forward, we have scheduled daily correction for all the companies till issue get fixed. This issue will not come in the future.
