Jefferson County Admin's are not able to ADD EMPLOYEES getting a SERVER ERROR

      Description

      Hello,
      The Jefferson County Admin's are not able to ADD EMPLOYEES in Production, when they enter the person and hit SAVE. They are receiving a SERVER ERROR.

      I tested this with a test person and was not able to duplicate the server error.

      The admin ID's that Jeff Co tried are "vadams" and "kisaacs".
