I have begun the process of auditing the January Invoice for COB and have noticed a major issue with the Admin Fee plan. The Admin Fee plan is no longer automatically enrolling Employees who have waived their Medical plan, nor is it dropping the Admin Fee plan once a new hire elects a Medical plan. We need this looked at ASAP. So far there are 12 Employees who do not have the Admin Fee plan and should; and 2 Employees who have the Admin Fee plan and should not.
Below is the list of 12 Employees that need to have the Admin fee plan (those not highlighted in Yellow have already been fixed by me)

These two employee 'CILINCEON STEFANIE' and 'JENSEN BETHANY' election ongoing form '12/01/2017' in admin fee plan. Can we set termination date '12/31/2017' or term with never effective date?

Out of 9 EEs, we have allocated admin fee plan with effective date '01/01/2018' for 7 EEs.
Remaining 2 EEs are already having election in admin fee plan as below.
EE 'SAMUEL DUNKAILO' got already election in Admin fee plan with 1/1/18 date.
EE 'RONALD RICHARD' got election in 'Admin Fee Fire 106S' plan with 10/1/17 effective date.
#2 Termination date should be set to 12/31/17:
We have set termination date to '12/31/2017' for mentioned EE 'CILINCEON STEFANIE' and 'JENSEN BETHANY' in admin fee plan.
#3 Customization :
For below 2 sceanrios system is working fine:
1. I need the admin fee plan to auto enroll someone once they are entered into the system
2. I need the admin fee plan to auto terminate when an EE elects a Medical plan

Please find 3c’s of issue. Lets discuss this in call.
Cause: “Admin Fee” plan is getting though employee in enrolled in Medical Plan.
Concern: Following mentioned 2 employees are new hire. So they auto enrolled in “Admin fee” plan from “12/1/2017” then they travel through Open enrollment mode and enrolled in Medical plan from “1/1/2018”. So “Admin fee” plan got terminated properly as of “12/31/2017”. Up to this everything works properly. But then when user change data from “12/1/2017” at that time employee was not there in Medical plan. So system again auto enrolled employee in “Admin Fee” plan from “12/1/2017”.
This issue is there only for new hire employees or if any existing employee raise retro Qualifying event.
Correction: We have corrected these 2 employees. We cannot resolve this issue with any customization. I would suggest to remove auto enroll from “Admin Fee” plan and keep this plan open for employee to enroll and do not provide waive option.

So solution is- daily we will scan records and will correct it.

For EE 'Rebecca Coleman', we corrected enrollment of 'Admin Fee' plan. But for invoice it was still active, we have corrected the same for invoice as well.
