Eami Subject: UND - Supplemental Life in Production not Calculating Correctly
The Supplemental Life is not calculating correctly in Production for UND.
Please find the details about following issue -
Concern: Cost not displayed properly for Supplemental Life enrollments
Cause: We found that, there are duplicate entries in inserted in RateChanges_log table during rate recalculation using SA utility on 10/15/2015. Because of this incorrect cost displayed for this plan.
Correction: We have removed unwanted(duplicate) entries related from RateChanges_log table, Now cost displayed properly for Supplemental Life elections.
As discussion with Amruta and Neelam will be able to check this after they provide me the script through which this can be tested.
Please assign this ticket to me once you attach the script with this ticket through which I will be able to test this ticket
