      Description

      For Employee Eddie Heeder the 2016 Dental PPO - High Option - 4KO Kohler Rate is doubling for 2016. I checked SA utility and the rate is correct for 2015 but it is doubling for 2016. Please see below. I tried recalculating it but it still shows double. Can you take a look please?

      We have deleted duplicate rate entry. It is working fine now.

      There was duplicate entry in Enrollment rate table which I had deleted because of that rates were coming right after correction.
      Then after correction when you re-enrolled him again, duplicate entries for same rate and sub rate entered into table. We will have to debug this duplicate rates calculation. We will get back to you soon.
