Hi Alankar Chavan,
As per discussion in design team meeting we have done the code changes for the Election termination screen.
We have added new column in greed Actual Termination Date and on termination date change event we have show the Actual term date for the election as per the plan and company level policy.

Impacted areas to be tested.
1. Terminate plan election
2. Terminate Dependent Benefit
3. Terminate as never effective

All three screen need to be tested properly as validation for Terminate plan election is not present on Terminate Dependent Benefit we also done those changes as well.

Known issue:
On production for for screen Terminate Dependent Benefit multiple election date termination is not working we are creating separate JIRA for the same.

Please revert if you need any help to understand the scenario.

Verification on Stage is done.
While verifying i have encountered an issue on stage in "Terminate Dependent benefits".
After Selecting termination date, In Actual termination date column its showing "<!DOCTYPE" instead of actual termination date.

Above issue is caused due to page lave access.

Please find the bellow 3c's for the issue:

*Concern : * Actual termination date column its showing "<!DOCTYPE" instead of actual termination date.

Cause : As on stage page level access in on because of that need to make entry in Page level access table for the new action.

Correction : We have write a script for the page level access for this particular action.

Verified this enhancement on Caiso on LB.
Plan name: Anthem HDHP
While terminating plan, Termination date is to be set and In Actual termination date its showing date as per rule set in company information, But terminating plan according to plan design.
But it should display date of termination on screen as per plan design only when plan is terminating as per plan design rule.
Hence as discussed with Alankar Chavan Re-opening this enhancement.

Verified for Three scenarios:
1. Terminate plan election
2. Terminate Dependent Benefit
3. Terminate as never effective
For Plan level and company level
System actually terminate the election with the termination date shown in Actual Termination Date column.
Working as expected.

We have verified this enhancement on Stage on Caiso for HSPL.
Verified for three scenario's:
1)Terminate Election
2)Terminate as never effective
3)Terminate dependent's benefit
Elections are going to get terminated after user puts the termination dates.
Termination will be as per rules applied in Plan level if not then company level.
And if rule is applied in Plan level as well as company level it terminates the election as per plan level rule.
Working as expected.

Tested on Production for Austin for hspl,Long for hspl.
No dates are showing in Actual termination date column And Cannot terminate Plan.
Hence Re-opening this jira.
