1)Login with Partner on Lb
2)Search and select company
3)Go to benadmin
4)Search and select employee
5)Navigate to benefits->Terminate plan elections
6)Select benefit plan and set termination date
7)Click on save
8)Plan termination fails occurs many times on LB.
9)On stage this issue is intermittent.
Actual Result:Plan termination fail during termination of election
Expected result: Election should terminate successfully

I have checked records causing this issue from background, and there are still 3737 records present in intermediate table with effective date less than today. Please find attached screenshot for the same.
Please attach fresh company in LB and check again.
