Currently any user can see the whole list of employee on the Acknowledgement screen regardless whether the user is CA or Partner.
As per discussion with Nandkumar Prabhakar Karlekar, now the Employee filter will be shown according to the classes assigned to the Company Admin users.
Example : Suppose if a CA is assigned to a Class A and has access to only those particular employees then only those bunch of employees would be shown to that user on Acknowledgement screen.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or need more info on this.

A known issue related to Cover letter text is -

1] The Cover letter text supports only some of the HTML tags which you can find here
2] If found any other HTML tag then it would get printed on PDF as text.
3] Also bold, italics, strike through etc or some font changes doesn't reflect on the PDF.
