      Description

      EE Nicholas Dybvig is getting the server error when he tries to waive Voluntary AD&D while processing a qualifying event.

      Please see EE original note below:

      I am attempting to perform a change of life event on WorkTerra but it keeps erroring out when waiving the Voluntary AD&D. I don’t even have the continue button so I cannot complete my request. Any ideas to get this resolved?

            Hi Satya,

            For same EE as mentioned by Arlette, internal error is encountered while waiving the Employee Voluntary AD&D. PFA screenshot.

            This was reproduced on LHP For HSPL.

            Hi All,

            There is another LHP employee who is experiencing a server error. Madeline Perez is a rehire as of 7/1/16, she’s been able to successfully log onto WorkTerra and enroll in Medical, Dental, etc, however she gets to the 13th tab and the system errors out when she tries to waive her right to ‘Employee Supplemental Life’. Could you verify what the error on the back is?

            Hi Deepali Tidke,

            This issue was already fixed by Jyoti Mayne in WT-3372 on Production environment. Please also verify this issue at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

            Please refer below 3'C for more information.

            Concern: On waive of benefit type server error is coming

            Cause: Effective rule is set up at company level and plan level rule is not specified. In enrollment tunnel, waive all benefit type and error is coming.This was due to condition was missing for this scenario while doing changes for WT-628 Production Complete .

            Correction: We have fixed this scenario and patch is deployed on Production.
