ACT report throwing server error on Preview button on LB on For QA LB Austin Ind company.

      Description

      Steps;-
      1] Search and select For QA LB Austin Ind company on LB.
      2] Click on Benadmin tile.
      3] Click on Add/ Change / Term report from Reports menu from left menu.
      4] Keep any customization for a report n click on preview button.

      Actual Result:-
      Server Error is being displayed.

      Expected Result:-
      Server Error should not be displayed and instead all the requested data should be displayed on ACT report

      Please find the below error log:-

      ErrorID : 0
      ErrorSource : ControllerAppTier.SaveAndGetData->BenAdminControllerAppTier.SaveAndGetData->StaticReports.SaveAndGetData->AddChangeTermReport.Save->AddChangeTermReport.CreateDataForAddChangeTermReport->AddChangeTermReport.UpdateDatabase
      ErrorMessage: Cannot bulk load because the file "\\10.0.2.160\WORKterra\Reports\BulkInsert_qvwli3zhiqxtqpblknkeafbr.txt" could not be opened. Operating system error code 1326(Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.).

      Please assign this ticket to me once resolved.

            This appeared to be login issue at Database level and Indra would be helping to fix it.
