      Description

      Customization :

      Vision Plan is normal contingent on Dental Plan with NO Tier match up

      Replication Steps :
      1) Enrolled in Dental Plan and it goes for approval pending
      2) Enrolled in Vision Plan and it goes for approval pending
      3) Only Parent Plan ( Dental ) is displayed on Pending Queue . Ones we accepted parent plan then child plan is displayed on Pending queue But same Child plan is not displayed on Review Changes
