Approval Pending for Waived Elections is displayed on Pending queue even Parent record is not accepted

Customization

Vision Plan is normal contingent on Dental Plan with NO tier match up case.

Replication Steps :
1) Enrolled in Parent ( Dental ) Plan such as it goes for approval pending
2) Waived child ( Vision ) Plan such as it goes for approval Pending
3) Search the record on Pending Queue

NOTE : Child ( Vision ) plan record is displayed under Approval Pending for Waived Elections. Ideally it should display ones we accepted the parent ( Dental ) Record.
