      Description

      Customization :

      Vision Plan is Forced contingent on Dental Plan with Exact Tier match up

      Replication Steps :
      1) Enrolled in Dental Plan with tier EE + SP such as it goes for approval pending
      and automatically enrolled in Vision plan with tier EE ( Spouse is eligible for Vision plan )

      Issue : Automatically enrolled in Vision plan with EE tier only. It should enrolled in Vision plan with EE + SP tier because Vision Plan is Forced contingent on Dental Plan with Exact Tier match up. Same issue for EE + SP +CH tier.
