File upload error on stage

      Description

      When we try to upload any file (pdf, doc,txt,xls) on stage it gives invalid file format error.
      This issue is reported for PSMC (UHC) on stage for learn about your benefits.
      However, this is a generic issue on stage for all kind of file uploads.
      I do not found it on my local or production.

            Given call with Samir, Satya and Umesh today all Server Error JIRA tickets should be given the "Highest" Priority so that they can be addressed within 24 hours. I updated the priority and added other watchers.
