Not all of the LTD plans are coming out on the report. The LTD rate also is coming out wrong. In the employee example below it appears that the employees salary was updated on 8/17 to a lesser amount but it does not show on the payroll screen. I also cannot figure out what salary it is using.

I am in the process of doing my September, 2016 bill for Valmet today. The Billing Details Report that generates for me every month was fine, with the exception of the LTD coverage. The report (attached) shows that there are 134 employees with LTD. The correct amount per month is around 1076 employees. We ran a separate enrollment report for LTD for September, 2016 and it came up with 1076 employees, however, the employer cost is not correct. For some individuals (ie. Gregory Ellis (see attached) and Gregory Bridges) the employer cost is shown as double of what it should be.

Salary is $49,379.20 / 12 = $4114.93 x .496 = $2,041.01/100 = $20.41 - This is the correct amount and was on the Billing Details Report for August, 2016
Shown on the confirmation statement (generated today) is the employer cost of $18.84. If I take $18.84 x 26 = $489.84 / 12 = $40.82
$40.82 is the incorrect amount that is showing on the Enrollment Report that was generated today.
In summary:
1. Billing Details Report is not pulling all of the employees that have LTD coverage;
2. Confirmation statement is not showing the correct employer cost for LTD

I pulled out Billing Details, Billing Summary and Enrollment report for LTD of Sep 2016 month which are attached here for your reference. Billing Details LTD Sep 2016.xls

Enrollment count on all reports: All the reports are showing same number of enrollments i.e. 1077.
Premium on Billing Summary and Billing Details: Both the reports are showing same premium i.e. $35112.9
Apart from this on different reports, I also checked cost of few random EEs that came on billing reports, and their respective costs are also accurate.
I do not see any issue in LTD. Please do review at your end as well and let me know your comments on it.
Enrollment team is working to clean out wrong rate data (if any) and they will share updates with you.

Hi Debbie Kulling,
We have scanned below scenario for Valmet in production:-
1. Duplicate Rates.
2. Rates extended and Enrollment terminated and vice versa.
3. EE - Approved Cost 0
4. EE - Applied Cost 0
5. EE - Rates entry not present
But we found only duplicate rates for below plans and we have corrected these duplicate rates in production. Please refer attached excel sheet for more information. List of Employee_Valmet.xls
1. BASIC LIFE AND AD&D - NON-UNION
2. LTD - NON UNION AND FEDL WAY UNION
Please verify same at your end and let us know in case of any issue/concern.

Can you please confirm the Billing Summary report for LTD as well to confirm that the numbers are correct as well
