Not all of the LTD plans are coming out on the report. The LTD rate also is coming out wrong. In the employee example below it appears that the employees salary was updated on 8/17 to a lesser amount but it does not show on the payroll screen. I also cannot figure out what salary it is using.

I am in the process of doing my September, 2016 bill for Valmet today. The Billing Details Report that generates for me every month was fine, with the exception of the LTD coverage. The report (attached) shows that there are 134 employees with LTD. The correct amount per month is around 1076 employees. We ran a separate enrollment report for LTD for September, 2016 and it came up with 1076 employees, however, the employer cost is not correct. For some individuals (ie. Gregory Ellis (see attached) and Gregory Bridges) the employer cost is shown as double of what it should be.

Salary is $49,379.20 / 12 = $4114.93 x .496 = $2,041.01/100 = $20.41 - This is the correct amount and was on the Billing Details Report for August, 2016
Shown on the confirmation statement (generated today) is the employer cost of $18.84. If I take $18.84 x 26 = $489.84 / 12 = $40.82
$40.82 is the incorrect amount that is showing on the Enrollment Report that was generated today.
In summary:
1. Billing Details Report is not pulling all of the employees that have LTD coverage;
2. Confirmation statement is not showing the correct employer cost for LTD
