We have investigated this issue and please refer our below observation:-

If Termination Date policy was set on Company level and rate does not have Termination Date policy. In this if we terminate rate by raising qualify event date then enrollment rates got terminated with Qualify event date -1.

For Example:-

Enrollment Effective Date = 01/01/2016
Enrollment Termination Date = 12/31/2016

Rate Effective Date = 01/01/2016
Rate Termination Date = 12/31/2016

Raised Qualify Event Date with 09/14/2016 date and terminate rate.

Rate Effective Date = 01/01/2016
Rate Termination Date = 09/13/2016

Rate is not considering Company level Termination Date policy. This an issue in code, we are working on this we will keep you updated once it will fix.

The issue is being reproduced on our end on Production hspl copy. We have observed that the rate is being terminated with QE effective date -1 whether the Company termination rule is set or the Rate termination rule is set. This means that no rule policy is being applied to the rates for termination. Please let me know if you need any more information on this.

Avnish Yadav These all changes happened through import and not through qualifying event but I think same can be reproduced using QE.

Please make sure the rate term date is updated as well. For example Sharon Lamberty - Sliker had a rate change so from what I see from the SA Toolbox for UMR Choice the term is 9/8/2016 and the new rate is becoming effective date from 10/1/2016 the old rate should have termed the end of September 9/30/2016. this needs to be corrected not just for Sharon but it needs to be corrected for any others that are affected.

In addition to the Medical rate concern noted below we found the Delta Dental rate effective date rules were blank and should have the rule of Effective Date: First of the month following or coincident with date of hire AND for Termination Date: End of month - updated the rate rules and I recalculated just Sharon Lamberty - Sliker dental rate and the rate didn't update based on the effective date rules. This employee Delta Dental rate needs to be updated and any other employees that were showing date of change instead of the effective date rules/term date rules that were just added to the delta dental rates today

In addition to the Delta Dental rate these are the other rates that was also updated: BCBS of IL, Vision Basic, Vision Plus. these need to be included in the review/update as well.

Amit Thorve needs scripts run today to help correct these date issues since the inbound file cannot be loaded until this is completed and the inbound file has to be loaded today. Swapnil Pandhare Amit is asking to see if you can help create/run a script to get this corrected ASAP.

Amruta Lohiya per conversation with Amit just now over the phone he says you will help lead this one up to get completed this way when he runs the payroll file @10am PST Saturday the file runs clean. please advise when completed. thank you!

Verified the this termination policy issue on LB on LBSANITYCOD company. Now the system is terminating the rates as per the termination rules set on the rate or termination rules set on the Company Effective/Termination rules.Verified this with keeping both rules once on company level and once on rate level.
