Forced Contigency - Approval Pending Child record is not updated

Vision plan is forced contingent on Dental plan

Replication Steps :

1) Enrolled in Dental plan with tier EE + SP
2) Automatically enrolled in Vision plan with same tier and both record goes for approval pending
3) Accept Dental plan then Vision plan is accepted properly with same tier
4) Again Enrolled in Dental plan with tier EE + SP + CH then Automatically enrolled in Vision plan with same tier and both record goes for approval pending
5) Reject Dental plan

Issue : Previous enrollment is updated for Dental Plan not for Vision Plan and Vision plan is present under approval pending
